Brinner Anyone?

I don’t know about you, but sometimes I get such a craving for breakfast food! I particularly love breakfast for dinner. (Brinner?) I’ve recently discovered Kodiak Cakes’ Power Cakes mix (available at Target). When prepared with milk and egg, this pancake batter yields 21 grams of protein per serving. Here’s my recipe for a protein-packed and satisfying meal! (I served it with turkey bacon and a drizzle of Trader Joe’s 100% pure maple syrup.) Enjoy! 🙂
