“12 Days of Christmas” HIIT Workout

I love seasonal workouts, so I created this fun “12 Days of Christmas” workout. All you need is a mat and a pair of heavy and medium-sized dumbbells. Perform each exercise for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds. Enjoy it and have a Merry Christmas!
