(Ever-so-Slightly) Healthier Apple Crisp a La Mode

  • 4 Granny Smith apples
  • ½ cup Quick Cooking Oats
  • 1½ tsps. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg
  • ½ cup butter

Step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Step 2: Grease 8×8 cake pan.

Step 3: Wash, peel, and slice apples.

Step 4: Layer apple slices in cake pan.

Step 5: Mix oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and butter in a bowl until just incorporated.

Step 6: Lightly sprinkle apples with cinnamon.

Step 7: Spread crumble mixture over apples.

Step 8: Bake for 35-40 minutes.

Serve 9: Serve hot. Top with frozen Greek yogurt. Yum!

Makes 4-6 servings.
