Friday – HIIT Mafia Boss Mode Challenge: Day 8 (53 Minutes) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lCHVjjp2Nkc Day 8 really challenged my upper body, as evidenced by this photo:

Saturday – 24-Minute Jog/HIIT Mafia Boss Mode Challenge: Day 9 (61 Minutes Total) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EXvVTH_OOzs I was gone most of the day and had to do this workout late at night, but I got it done! =)

Sunday – “1 Hour Yin Yoga Full Class – All Levels Total Body Stretch”, presented by Yoga  with Kassandra, was much-needed after all of this week’s intense workouts. I used a pillow, strap, and my foam roller for support. Kassandra did an excellent job of explaining the postures, and her calming voice is well-suited to a gentle, yin yoga practice.
