What’s in My Fridge: My Trader Joe’s Favorites

I love Trader Joe’s! Not only is it inexpensive, but Trader Joe’s products do not contain genetically-modified ingredients, partially-hydrogenated oils (trans fats), artificial flavors, artificial colors, or monosodium glutamate (MSG), making clean eating much less taxing. Here are some of my Trader Joe’s favorites:

1. Berry Medley (Great for smoothies!)

2. Garden Vegetable Lasagne (Only 290 calories and packed with veggies, this ready-made meal is a great option for busy nights.)garden.png

3. Organic Tomato & Roasted Red Pepper Soup (Truthfully, any Trader Joe’s soup is scrumptious. Seriously, they have the BEST soup! This 32 oz. container only contains 400 calories, making it a filling and low-calorie dinner option.)

4. Stuffed Peppers with Seasoned Turkey and Rice (This is not a frozen entrée. Trader Joe’s stuffed peppers are available in the produce section. At only 190 calories per pepper, this filling meal is packed with protein and flavor.)

5. French Village Yogurt (I love this yogurt. It has that tangy, “yogurty” flavor that is missing from many brands.)

6. Greek yogurt

7. Sea Salt & Turbinado Sugar Dark Chocolate Almonds (A great, wholesome treat!)

8. Chili Lime Chicken Burgers (These frozen patties are only 150 calories and provide a real kick of flavor!)

9. Soft-Baked Snickerdoodles (Only 130 calories for two cookies, these delicious treats are vegan, gluten-free, and sweetened with fruit juice and brown sugar.)

10. Chicken Tikka Masala (360 calories, quick, and easy!)tikka.JPG

Do you love TJ’s as much as I do? I’d love to hear your favorites! 🙂
