My Workouts of the Week (2/22/16-2/28/16)

I only speak the truth, my friends. I wouldn’t lie to you. This week was not my best workout week. Here’s how it went:

Monday: Rest Day

Tuesday: Rest Day (Taught Body Sculpting)

Wednesday: Jog (34 Minutes) + Day 10 of the BossMode Real Time Challenge (28 Minutes)

Thursday: Sick on the couch all day!

Friday: Walk on the Treadmill (60 Minutes)

Saturday: Heavy Back, Shoulder, and Bicep Workout (60 Minutes)

Sunday: Rest Day

We all have bad weeks, and this was one of mine. I’m so glad I can be accountable to you guys! It will help me get back on track next week. Just remember, when you can’t get a workout in, be extra careful of what goes in your mouth and you’ll be fine. 🙂
