Workouts of the Week (3/7/16-3/13/16)

This was an active rest week, and I spent a great deal of time taking walks in the GORGEOUS weather we’ve been having. I enjoyed it, but I’m looking forward to going hard next week. =)

Monday: Rest Day

Tuesday: 40-Minute Outdoor Walk (Taught HIIT & Body Sculpting)

Wednesday: 30-Minute Outdoor Walk

Thursday: 40-Minute Outdoor Walk (Taught Body Sculpting)

Friday: 30-Minute Outdoor Walk

Saturday: 60-Minutes of Doubles Tennis + BossMode Real Time Challenge – Day 17: (I had to skip the last set of manmakers due to a sore wrist).

Sunday: Rest Day
