This was an active rest week, and I spent a great deal of time taking walks in the GORGEOUS weather we’ve been having. I enjoyed it, but I’m looking forward to going hard next week. =)

Thursday: 40-Minute Outdoor Walk (Taught Body Sculpting)
Friday: 30-Minute Outdoor Walk
