  1. I read you blog about how to handle panic attacks, I have to say I’m amazed and inspired on how you handle it and that you where able to write about it. I too suffer from anxiety and panic attacks all through my life and I have recently just started to come off my meds for it two months of freedom, but at the same time my anxiety has been high, getting panic attacks at the gym, when trying to sleep or eat its so annoying.

  2. But lately even though I have been getting panic attacks at the gym or where ever, it has never stop me from going back to the place where I last got it cause I love the gym and its like my second home if you know what I mean 🙂 Every since I started panic away it has help so much lately!!!
